Finance panel team to visit state from Sept 5

The 14th Finance Commission team will visit Punjab from September 5 to 7. An official spokesperson on Monday said the 17-member team under the chairmanship of Dr YV Reddy would meet representatives of rural and urban local bodies as well as representatives of the trade and industry.

He said the team would also held meeting with chief minister Parkash Singh Badal along with other cabinet ministers and officers.
