Four women were killed and 14 others injured when the van they were travelling in collided with a truck in Panchkula on Thursday morning, police sources said.
The mishap took place near the Nadha Sahib Gurudwara, they said, adding the injured have been rushed to Civil Hospital.

Some of the injured were later referred to PGIMER in Chandigarh, they said.
Two women died at the Panchkula Civil Hospital, while the other two were declared brought dead at the PGIMER in Chandigarh.
