Hamirpur boy stands first in NDA exam

The young boy will join the Khadakwasla Academy in Pune to get training in the Indian air force to become a fighter pilot.
Son of Virendra Singh, who works in custom department, Pranjal completed his plus-two schooling from IRMC, Dehradoon.
Harnam Singh, the proud grandfather of the boy, is the happiest man on earth today as his grandson has brought laurel to him and entire family. He gave full credit to his son and the teachers for Pranjal getting into the NDA.
The grandfather is one of the senior BJP leaders of the district and also took the boy to Samirpur where he was introduced to the former chief minister, PK Dhumal and other BJP leaders of the district.
Dhumal congratulated Pranjal for his feat and expressed optimism that other boys of the district and state would also follow the footsteps of Pranjal and become senior officers in the Indian army.
When contacted, the shy boy said that he was indebted to his parents and teachers who gave him help and inspiration to join the National Defense Academy.
