The Panchkula administration has chosen the room below the stairs at the mini-secretariat for setting up the CM window.

"All arrangements have been made. We have selected the place which is visible and accessible to all,"said Vivek Atray, deputy commissioner, Panchkula.

The window is expected to be inaugurated in the last week of December. The Haryana government is setting up the CM window in all districts.

Till now, the complaints are received at the CM office or camp offices or during the CM visit in any of the districts, or through ministers.

However, these could be now posted directly on the CM grievances redressal website, which will be established soon.

How it will work?

As per the instructions from the CM cell, it will be the responsibility of the district authority to receive, feed, and upload grievances on the CM grievances redressal website along with requisite details and scanned documents along with its annexures.

The concerned officials will be responsible to take necessary action within the stipulated time. Radhika Singh, city magistrate, Panchkula, will be the nodal officer for the CM window, training sessions regarding which will be held between December 12 and December 16.

The city magistrates and district informatics officers will also be given training on December 18. The DC has already ordered for provision of two desktop machines with scanning and printing facilities at the CM window along with two operators.
