The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Saturday issued a notice to the Haryana Government asking for reply on reversal of retirement age from 60 years to 58 years by December 8.
The Haryana government had earlier reversed Congress Government's decision of increasing the retirement age of state employees by two years, after which a writ was filed in the high court.
The decision had to be effective from November 30, retiring all employees who were benefiting with the earlier decision.
