Hry budget to be presented today

Haryana finance minister, Harmohinder Singh Chatha will present the budget estimates for 2013-14 financial year on Friday in the state assembly. Discussion on the budget will be held for three days March 4, 5 and 6 and it is scheduled to be passed by the assembly on March 11.
