IAS officer Ashok Khemka, who had created a storm by alleging irregularities in land deals involving businessman Robert Vadra and DLF, was on Thursday again transferred by the Haryana government — for the second time in just six months.

Khemka, managing director, Haryana Seeds Development Corporation, has been posted as secretary, Haryana Archives.

Khemka had been shifted from the post of director general (consolidation of land holdings and land records) and inspector general (registration) in October last year after he initiated a probe into the land deals.
