INLD fields Ram Kumar Kashyap for RS polls

Indian National Lok Dal names its Backward Classes' Cell president Ram Kumar Kashyap as its candidate for Rajya Sabha. Kashyap, who is former HPSC member has also been Kurukshetra INLD unit president.
