KU alumnus gets 43th rank in civil services exam

Jalaj Sharma of Chandigarh has secured 43th rank in the 2013 civil services exam. Sharma who earlier too cleared this examination in 2011 was inducted into the Indian Revenue Service (IRS).

Jalaj Sharma of Chandigarh has secured 43th rank in the 2013 civil services exam. Sharma who earlier too cleared this examination in 2011 was inducted into the Indian Revenue Service (IRS). At present, he is posted as assistant commissioner at Mysore. Jalaj an engineering graduate from Kurukshetra University is the son of former additional director, Haryana Public Relations Department, Ram Bhagat Sharma.
