She'll be seen in the film, Dil Sadda Luteya Gaya, alongside Bollywood actor Ashmit Patel. The film will begin with the shoot by this month-end and is slated for a January 2013 release. "The film is a love triangle where three college girls - to be played by me, Jonita Doda and Jividha Ashta - will fall in love with a boy played by Ashmit," she shares.

Jalandhar-based Rhythm first broke into the entertainment world after she won the title of Best Dancer in Miss Punjaban contest held in 2006. She then moved on to doing ramp and print modelling in the state and became the face of several business houses including PC Jewelers and CTC Plaza. To get a foothold in acting, Rhythm became active in theatre, a medium she says she loves.

Asked if she plans to quit anchoring and join films full time, and Rhythm firmly says she'll never bid goodbye to anchoring, since she owns whatever popularity she has through this.

How comfortable she thinks she would be while acting? "Anchoring has made me camera-friendly and theatre has taught me the nuisances of acting. I hope I'll be a natural," she signs off.
