Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) candidate for Chandigarh Lok Sabha seat Gulkirat Kaur Panag came out on roads on Tuesday in her trademark style, riding a Royal Enfield motorcycle.

Starting her day from Sector 56, the AAP candidate campaigned through Sectors 29, 30, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 riding the motorcycle worth around ` 1.75 lakh.

As Panag rode the motorcycle in style, heads turned to have a glance of the celebrity. She later tweeted, “Alternative mode of transportation in use today to campaign. Yes. @royalenfield http://twitpic.com/dzc6df ”.

During her campaigning on Tuesday, Panag aggressively called upon voters to question Pawan Kumar Bansal’s track record in the city, while saying, “Bansal has widely publicised the improvements he brought to the PGIMER, but we must be cautious of such claims and remain cognisant of how the PGIMER — one of country’s premiere institutions — is suffering in development terms.”

Panag lashed out at both the opposition parties, asking as to what they had done to improve the healthcare facilities in the city, when they both had been in power, either in the MC or when their candidates were elected.
