Personality-development course begins at Panjab University

The central placement cell of Panjab University (PU) on Saturday started a 10-session non-credit course on personality development for the students of eleven departments of PU.

The central placement cell of Panjab University (PU) on Saturday started a 10-session non-credit course on personality development for the students of eleven departments of PU.

The inaugural address was given by the PU registrar Col GS Chadha. Psychologist and corporate trainer Sohan Singh Chandel was the speaker for the day.

The session, divided into two slots, was attended by students from several departments including library sciences, fashion technology, zoology and anthropology.

Course co-ordinator Amandeep Singh Marwaha thanked the students and apprised them of the formalities regarding registration, attendance record maintenance and online feedback submission, at the end of the session.

The second lecture of the series will be conducted on Monday. The lectures will be conducted every Monday and Thursday from 4-5pm and 5:15-6.15pm.
