Her marriage has been the subject of a lot of speculation in the recent past. Now, actor Dia Mirza (left) has revealed that she is eagerly waiting for her filmmaker beau Sahil Sangha to pop the question. “I’m still waiting for him (Sahil) to go down on his knees and pop the question. Obviously, he doesn’t need to ask me and I think he is just working on that assumption right now, but I am still waiting for the question,” says the 30-year-old.
Dia, who was in the Capital recently as a brand ambassador for electronics brand Panasonic, says she is looking forward to her debut in Bengali cinema with Panch Adhyay. “I am super excited and very proud about the movie. It is commercial but is very serious in nature. It is also going to Mumbai Film Festival. The part that I am playing is exceptionally layered and for the first time I feel that as an actor I have sunk my teeth into something,” she says.
The former beauty queen, who was last seen on the big screen in the 2011 flick, Love Breakups Zindagi, is also excited about her production house completing a year. “We’ve spent the last year in developing scripts with four writers. Sahil is writing the script for the next movie.

I would like to believe that it was a year well spent and hopefully with the scripts that we have, we should start rolling them out by next year,” she informs.
