A spokesperson of the Punjab government on Sunday said that it has been found that some departments were not submitting grant utilisation certificates in time, which leads to delay in release of more grants creating hindrances in the development projects.

He further said that all administrative secretaries, principal secretaries and financial commissioners have been asked to ensure that certificates submission is done on time.
