On the recommendations of Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal, governor Shivraj Patil on Tuesday reshuffled portfolios of the four BJP ministers in the coalition government. New portfolios: Madan Mohan Mittal gets Industries; Surjit Jyani gets Health; Chunni Lal Bhagat gets Forest & Wildlife and Labour while Anil Joshi gets Local bodies.
