Term of planning committee chairpersons extended

Chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on Monday extended the term of nine chairpersons of the district planning committees by another year.

A spokesperson of the CMO said the chairpersons given extension are Hardip Singh Dhillon (Muktsar), Ravinder Singh Bhrampura (Tarn Taran), Sukhwinder Kumar Sukhi (Nawanshahr), Daulat Ram Kamboj (Ferozepur), Joginderpal Singla (Fatehgarh Sahib), Neelam Mahant (Gurdaspur), Jawahar Lal Khurana (Hoshiarpur), Satish Mahajan (Pathankot) and Parminder Sharma (Rupnagar).
