Two members of the Sikh community, who were kidnapped from the city of Dera Ismail Khan in KhyberPakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, have been released.

Savendar Singh and Anand Singh were kidnapped on February 11 and were released on Sunday after a local jirga (assembly of tribal elders) negotiated with the unidentified captors and probably paid them ransom, the Dawn Online reported. Anand Singh said he and Savender were kidnapped by 10 masked gunmen.
