Varinderpal Singh takes over as Rupnagar SSP

Varinderpal Singh took over as the new senior superintendent of police (SSP) Rupnagar on Friday.Singh replaced Gurpreet Singh Toor who has been transferred to Ferozepur.

Singh replaced Gurpreet Singh Toor who has been transferred to Ferozepur.

Singh had earlier served as the SSP of Gurdaspur, Ferozepur and Faridkot. He had also served in various capacities as superintendent of police (SP) in different places including Rupnagar.

Singh was accorded a warm welcome by the police officials on his arrival in Rupnagar to join as new SSP.
