25 trainees injured in road mishap

The incident took place when the trainees were going to Kharkhoda plant from Sonepat and suddenly the bus driver tried to overtake the truck, and it collided.

As many as 25 trainees of the Maruti plant in Sonepat’s Kharkhoda were injured when the bus they were travelling in collided with a truck near Saidpur village in Sonepat on Wednesday morning.

A spokesperson of Sonepat police said that injured students were rushed to Sonepat civil hospital and all of them are out of danger, adding they have started an investigation into the matter. (HT File)
