“Our summer beer is one of our bestsellers. It is hydrating and also rich in amino acids, minerals, and vitamins, thus making for a perfect fizzy, refreshing drink in the alco-bev section,” says Priyank Gupta, co-founder, Hops ‘n’ Grains and The Great Bear Microbrewery & Kitchen, Chandigarh. Priyanka adds that they also have some signature cocktails and mocktails lined up for the summers including Deep Blue Sea, Happy Pill, Zombie Riff, Magic Mint Julep, and more.
Lemonade is a summer classic and a popular public-demand item on most menus in the city, says chef Ravi Sharma, of Café Delight. “It is the perfect beverage for a hot summer day. We have multiple variants of it including lemon, strawberry, peach, and blueberry lemonades,” he says.

{{/usCountry}}The GenZ Bar and Café’s Namita Sood says we are serving a range of mocktails and cocktails this summer. “Our bestsellers include vodka spritzer, watermelon daiquiri, Bay Breeze, a range of Froses, and our frozen margarita pitchers,” Sood adds.
Our wide range of thick milkshakes and coolers are a huge hit among tricity customers, says Arvind, of Milkshake & Co. He adds that their elderflower mojito is a must try on a sweltering summer day. “The fruity milkshakes, made using seasonal flavours, are another great option,” he says.
Lassi Corner’s Jaspreet Singh says, “This season, we are all set to introduce spiked mango and strawberry lassi. We recently served it to some tricity foodies for feedback, and it was a huge hit.”
