: An ‘illegal’ building owned by a man and his five sons, who were allegedly involved in drug peddling, in Karnal was demolished by a joint team of the district town and country planning, municipal committee Gharaunda and police on Monday. Officials said that the men had constructed a hall on around 150 sq yard, where a gym was being operated on lease. Inspector Mohan Lal, in-charge CIA-2, Karnal said, “As many as 28 FIRs were registered against property owner Deepak and his five sons under the NDPS Act in Gharaunda police station.”
