Upset over the alleged casteist remarks made by Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president and Ludhiana MP Amarinder Singh Raja Warring against former MP Buta Singh, Jalandhar Congress Committee’s legal and human rights cell president Gurjit Singh Kahlon tendered his resignation from the post on Monday.
