The counter intelligence Kashmir on Saturday conducted searches at multiple locations across the Kashmir Valley in connection with an ongoing investigation under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
Accompanied by local police, the agency carried out raids at five locations in Srinagar, Ganderbal, Kupwara, and Anantnag districts.

According to officials, the operation was carried out to gather evidence related to FIR No. 07/2023. The case involves charges under Sections 153-A, 505, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, alongside Sections 13, 18, 18-B, and 39 of the stringent anti-terror law.
During the operation, investigators seized documents and digital devices. All confiscated material will undergo forensic and technical analysis.
