PU secures first position in youth festival

Punjab University participated in the youth festival on behalf of all affiliated colleges and the PU campus under the aegis of department of youth welfare Panjab University

Panjab University (PU) made to the top in the Punjab state inter-varsity youth festival 2022 held at Punjabi University, Patiala from December 10 to 12.

The overall winner trophy to PU was presented by Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann. Punjabi University Patiala secured second position, while Lovely Professional University stood on 3rd position in the youth festival. The university participated in the youth festival on behalf of all affiliated colleges and the PU campus under the aegis of department of youth welfare Panjab University.

The trophy was received by Rohit Kumar Sharma, director of youth welfare, PU, staff and participating students on behalf of the university. A total of 1200 students from 13 universities of Punjab and Chandigarh participated in 39 literary, music, heritage and dance based competitions.
