The dedicated online employment platform, https://jobportal.ladakh.gov.in, is designed to connect job seekers and employers through a seamless, transparent and technology-driven ecosystem.

The portal will facilitate access to a wide range of employment opportunities, including full-time, part-time, contractual and outsourced positions across different sectors.

Saxena said that employment is not merely about filling vacancies but about creating opportunities, nurturing talent and enabling aspirations. “The integrated job portal Ladakh has been created to bridge the gap between job-seekers and employers by providing a single-window digital platform where they can connect seamlessly. It is not merely a website but a complete employment ecosystem that will empower our youth, simplify recruitment processes and create a transparent and accessible employment environment in Ladakh,” Saxena said.
