Haryana chief minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday said that the rumours regarding disruption in the supply of domestic LPG gas, petrol and diesel in the state amid the ongoing West Asia conflict are completely baseless. He assured that the supply of domestic LPG, petrol and diesel in Haryana is completely normal and continuing without interruption.
In this regard, the CM held a meeting with senior officers of the food, civil supplies and consumer affairs department and representatives of oil companies to review the availability of fuel and gas in the state. The representatives of the oil companies assured the CM that sufficient stock of petrol, diesel and LPG is available in the state and the supply of gas is continuously being received.
Directions have been issued to all deputy commissioners and superintendents of police in the state to take strict action against any complaint of theft, black marketing or hoarding. The CM said that the state government is vigilant and is committed to ensuring uninterrupted supply of domestic gas to every household.
