Three men were arrested after a car belonging to the family of spiritual content creator Abhinav Arora was attacked in a road rage incident in west Delhi’s Tilak Nagar, police said on Thursday.

According to the video of the incident, posted by Arora on his Instagram handle, a group of men were seen damaging the car’s window with their ‘kadas’ and threatening the family.

DCP (west) Darade Sharad Bhaskar said the incident took place around 10:00 pm on Tuesday when Arora’s father was driving the car and it brushed against a bike in front of Singla restaurant in Tilak Nagar market.

“The biker and his associates started arguing with them, alleging rash driving and injuries. The accused then hit the bonnet and windows with their kadas,” the DCP said.

Arora’s father called the police who then tried to pacify the situation. The three were arrested under preventive detention and sent to two-day judicial custody, police added.

Arora, who is around 10-12 years old, was not inside the car during the incident, police said, adding that none of them were injured.
