Two men, aged 25 and 28, died, and at least three others were injured after two groups of people clashed following a quarrel at Zakhira near Sarai Rohilla in northeast Delhi on Friday, police said on Saturday.

Two people, including a woman, were arrested while a minor boy was apprehended in connection with the clash, the police said.
Deputy commissioner of police (north) Raja Banthia said that a cross-first information report (FIR) was registered against both parties on their respective complaints.
On Friday afternoon, the Sarai Rohilla police station received a call regarding a quarrel at the Rakhi Market area in Zakhira. A police team found five people injured and shifted to Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital.
“Two people succumbed to their injuries. Three others, including the woman, were also injured and are undergoing treatment,” he said.
“According to the initial probe, one among the dead had a one-sided affection with the woman who was arrested, due to which disputes had been going on between both parties for a long time. Previous litigations are also pending against both parties over the same issue,” the DCP said, adding that a probe is underway.
