Mumbai: A 21-year-old history sheeter from Ghatkopar was arrested on Sunday for allegedly killing another 25-year-old history sheeter in Ghatkopar West in the early hours of Saturday.

According to the police, the accused, Ankush Bahadursingh, and the victim, Vishal Kokane, both residents of Asalfa village in Ghatkopar West, were booked several times in the past for multiple crimes. The police analysed the CCTV cameras in the area and identified the accused, after which a case was registered against Bahadursingh. He was arrested and will be produced before a court on Monday, the police said.
Police records indicated that several cases, including physical assault and theft, had been registered against Kokane in the past, while cases of physical assault and cheating had been registered against Bahagursingh.
