Addressing a gathering of about 10,000 people at the rally, CM Yogi said, “The era of crime and criminals ended in the state after 2017 assembly elections. Today, Uttar Pradesh is taking steps to become the top state of country in economic terms. Due to our zero-tolerance policy against crime and corruption, the state is attracting investors from all over the world.”

Shifting focus to the upcoming civic polls, the U.P. CM hailed the Ghaziabad municipal corporation for its efforts which got the city the 12th rank in the Swachh Survekshan 2022 index among the cities with a population size between one and four million. “People of Ghaziabad helped us win all the assembly seats in the previous assembly elections. Before 2017, the city was among the dirtiest and investments didn’t come here. In comparison, the city now has an expressway and the country’s first rapid train will also commence here. We have restored people’s faith in safety and security. The Kanwar Yatra which passes through Ghaziabad is the biggest example of safety and faith,” CM Yogi added.

The rally was attended by industrialists, entrepreneurs, youth, women groups, doctors, and engineers, among others.
