Officials said 4,385 seats remain vacant across government and private colleges under the state quota. Out of a total of 13,495 seats, 9,210 have already been filled in the first two rounds.

The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) remains the most popular program. Out of 9,406 state-quota seats, 6,931 admissions are confirmed, 1,224 in government and 5,707 in private colleges—leaving 2,575 seats (304 government, 2,271 private) for the third round.

For the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), 1,777 seats are still vacant, with moderate demand compared to Ayurveda. In the Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) program, only 33 seats remain open across seven colleges.

The third round is the final major chance for students to secure a seat in state-quota AYUSH courses this year, and colleges expect a rush once the list is released.
