Gautam Gambhir welcomes ‘little angel’ in his family

Gautam Gambhir on Wednesday took to Twitter to announce the birth of his second daughter.

The left-handed batsman posted a photograph of his first daughter holding his second child with the message: “An angel blessing our family, An angel brightening our lives, Welcome to the world, little angel!”

Within the no time, the opening batsman, who has played 58 Tests and 147 One-Day Internationals (ODI), was congratulated by several of his fans and followers on the social networking platform.

Gautam Gambhir, who got married to Natasha in October 2011, led Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL) earlier this year. Though the southpaw’s team started on a strong note by qualifying for the knockouts, they failed to qualify for the final.
