Yuvraj, who missed the first and second one-dayers due to injury and flu, took part in a practice session here today and looked quite comfortable in the nets.
On being asked if Yuvraj will play tomorrow, stand-in skipper Virender Sehwag said, "We will take a decision tomorrow."
In today's net session, the Punjab batsman faced seamers including gangling Ishant Sharma, Sudeep Tyagi and a few other local bowlers and hit fluent shots without any trouble.
The left-hander, who had suffered a hairline fracture in his finger, then batted against left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha for some time.
Sachin Tendulkar, Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir also had a net session early in the day.
As regular skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is serving a two-match ban, Dinesh Karthik will do the duty behind the stumps and Sehwag was expecting a good show from the Tamil Nadu player.
"He has been in around for a couple of years. He is a very good player and good prospect. I am hoping that he will make a mark in the next two games he play," Sehwag said.
