Yagnik gave tips to the PCC spokesperson and party’s district unit heads on how to counter the Narendra Modi wave said to the sweeping the country. She presented facts in support of the argument that no section of society was happy under the BJP’s autocratic regime in Gujarat.

Yagnik asked Congress leaders to inform the people that the farming community in the state was in a sorry state. More than one lakh farmers were yet to get electricity connections in the state and cases were not registered against criminals enjoying political patronage, she said.

“Narendra Modi gives misleading facts in his speeches. He is not ready for a debate and makes statements without giving an opportunity to be questioned by anyone,” said Yagnik.
