The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on a bail plea by former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura, accused in the multi-crore 2G spectrum scam.

An apex court bench headed by justice GS Singhvi issued notice on Behura's plea challenging the Delhi high court order by which his petition for bail was dismissed last month.
Behura, along with former telecom minister A Raja and his former secretary RK Chandolia, were arrested Feb 2, 2011 in the 2G spectrum case.
