TFI provides selected fellows with necessary technical skills and leadership training, which includes a 5-week residential training before they start teaching students.

Teach for India (TFI) is inviting applications for a two-year full-time paid TFI Fellowship programme. Indian graduates with strong academic proficiency, demonstrated leadership and strong organisational skills are eligible for the programme. Selected fellows will receive a salary of Rs. 17,500 per month. In case the selected candidates are relocated from their home city, they will receive housing allowance from TFI. In addition, fellows will receive an allowance for school supplies.

Teach for India currently works in seven cities across India – Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.
