CBSE Class 12 supplementary result 2026 declared: How to check and download marksheet
A total of 2,75,287 candidates appeared for the exam, with the compartment category recording a pass percentage of 53.08%.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 12 Supplementary Examination Result 2026 on August 12. Students who appeared for the compartment and improvement examinations can now check their results online through the official DigiLocker Results portal.
The result is available at results.digilocker.gov.in, where students can access their scores and digital academic documents. Students from CBSE-affiliated schools abroad can also access their results and digital documents through DigiLocker.
How to check and download CBSE Class 12 supplementary result 2026
Students can follow these steps to access their results:
Visit the official DigiLocker Results portal at results.digilocker.gov.in.
Click on the link for CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result 2026.
Enter the required login credentials.
Click on Submit.
Your result will be displayed on the screen.
Check your marks and qualifying status.
Download and save the result for future reference.

How to download CBSE Class 12 supplementary marksheet from DigiLocker
After the result is declared, students can access their digital academic documents through DigiLocker. They need to log in to their DigiLocker account and look for the CBSE-issued academic document.
Once the marksheet is available, students can open the document and use the download or save option to keep a digital copy.
The digital documents available through DigiLocker can be used for verification and other requirements, while the printed MarkSheet-cum-Passing Certificate will be issued separately by CBSE.
When will CBSE issue the printed marksheet?
According to the official information, printed MarkSheet-cum-Passing Certificates for regular students, including those studying abroad, will be supplied through their respective schools.
Private candidates under the Delhi East and Delhi West Regional Offices can collect their printed documents from the examination centres where they appeared for the examination.
CBSE Class 12 supplementary result 2026: Key numbers
A total of 2,91,576 candidates registered for the Class 12 supplementary examination this year, of whom 2,75,287 candidates appeared.
Of the candidates who appeared, 1,11,056 were in the improvement category, while 1,64,231 appeared under the compartment category.
The overall pass percentage for candidates who appeared in the compartment category stood at 53.08%.
The examination covered compartment candidates, students with six subjects who wanted to reappear in a main subject, and students who had already passed Class 12 but appeared to improve their performance.
School-wise CBSE Class 12 supplementary result 2026
CBSE will communicate school-wise results to schools through their registered email addresses. Schools can also access the digital academic documents of their students through the repository using the credentials provided by the board.
Students are advised to check their result carefully and keep both the digital result and marksheet safely for future admission or academic requirements.
