Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, offers Commonwealth scholarship and fellowship plan for Indian students in the United Kingdom. Scholarships are provided in the field of engineering and technology, science, agriculture, humanities and social sciences. Each scholarship provides airfare to the UK and return on expiry of the scholarship, tuition and examination fees, a personal maintenance allowance at the rate of £917 per month (£1,134 per month for those studying at institutions in the London Metropolitan area)
Eligibility: An Indian citizen residing in India and one who has completed tertiary education in English medium can apply
