Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) extended the admission date

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) extended the admission date for 129 programmes listed in its common prospectus and 125 programmes in separate ones, to August 17 with a late fee of Rs 200.

EDUSAT connectivity for IHMs
Union secretary for tourism Sujit Banerjee inaugurated the EDUSAT Connectivity Network covering 19 Institutes of Hotel Management (IHM) under the tourism ministry, from IGNOU. A memorandum of understanding between National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and the university provides for delivering special lectures in the affiliated institutes.
