Eligibility: The maximum age for admission to PhD programme is 50 years. Candidates must have an MTech degree in any discipline of engineering/ technology/nanoscience and technology with first class or minimum 60% marks and a valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR/ NBHM/NET fellowship in the relevant area.
