Executive programmes at IIM Lucknow
Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, has announced a new batch of e-MDPs: Executive general management programme (EGMP) and executive programme in human resource management (EPHRM) 2010. After the successful completion of its eMDPs, executive general management programme (EGMP) and executive programme in human resource management (EPHRM), IIM Lucknow, Noida is back with new batches of these two programmes. Due to high demand in the industry, the number of seats has been increased to 90 from 70 last year. The students, who joined last year’s programme, came from diverse backgrounds such as financial services, telecom, IT, manufacturing, healthcare and public sector. These are satellite-based programmes wherein classes would be delivered through NIIT Imperia Centre for Advanced Learning across India, using synchronous learning technology platform. EGMP is a one-year course that is open to managers at the middle level, with work experience of at least six years in medium and large organisations in the public, private or government sectors. EGMP is specially designed to strengthen the area of an executive’s current specialisation along with developing a comprehensive view of other functions of management.

EPHRM is a six-month programme for human resource professionals with more than three years of experience. It is designed to focus on new trends and challenges facing HR professionals today.

Admission announcement at BSD
