Royal Dutch Shell, one of the largest investors in India’s energy sector, among major global integrated oil companies, has opened registrations for its third Shell Junior National Science Scholarship programme 2014-2015. The programme is aimed at encouraging high-school students to consider a career in engineering. Class 9 and 10 students across 20 cities will be taking the online exam this year. Shell has expanded the number of cities from 7 to 20, and is targeting to reach out to more than 15,000 students. Schools are required to register online at http://www.shell.com/india/junior-scholars.
