Aamir Khan recalls planning for 30 minutes with Shah Rukh and Salman before their performance at Jamnagar bash

Aamir Khan talked about performing with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in Jamnagar as part of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding celebrations.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar was a star-studded affair. It memorably brought together the three Khans of the industry- Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir, who even danced and put up a full performance together. In an interview with Just Too Filmy, Aamir opened up about planning the ‘skit’ together for 30 minutes before taking the stage. What Aamir said

During the interview, Aamir said in Hindi, “At Jamnagar, Salman and Shah Rukh were supposed to perform together and it was Mukesh Ambani who called me and said that the two of them are performing and everyone would love if he could join in too. Last minute he requested me and I said yes! So we sat down for 30 minutes to plan out the skit, like a school play!”

‘I told Salman that unless you speak louder…’

He added, “So we sat down and brainstormed the ideas, and the comfort with which we could say yes or no to each other… like, ‘No, this is a very bad idea,’ that was very comfortable for the three of us. We were able to exchange ideas in a very free manner. Like I told Salman that unless you speak louder I won't be able to react! So the rehearsal ended and I told them that now we can do a film together! They also agreed. We have been in the industry for so long so of course even the audience would want to see us together.”

Aamir recently turned 60. He will be seen next in Sitaare Zameen Par. Salman's next film Sikandar releases next week. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh will be seen next in King.
