Heinz Frank, 45, who lives on 300 pounds a month, was fined 2,000 pounds over the fliers with Klum's image despite his swearing in that he "had no idea" whose picture he downloaded from the internet to publicise a local restaurant, reports mirror.co.uk.

"I just thought she looked nice and would be appealing on the advertising leaflet. It was all harmless," said the butcher.

But after Heidi's lawyers intervened, he was given the fine and a cease and desist order by a court.
