Reality star Kim Kardashian has placed herself under house arrest at a secret location after filing for divorce with Kris Humphries.
Kardashian, 30, will be staying indoors until she begins filming her role on the Tyler Perry movie Marriage Counsellor, reported TMZ online.
The divorce has apparently been too much for the socialite, who is now staying in a secret area which is only known by family and a few close friends.
Kardashian has not spoken to Humphries since the pair filed for divorce in order to ensure that communication occurs only through their representatives.
This was later confirmed by her mother Kris Jenner. "Until Kim films her role in the movie, she will be missing various events such as the birthday meals of both me and brother-in-law Lamar Odom," she said.
Jenner has also stated that her daughter will keep her USD 2 million 20.5 carat diamond engagement ring, which Humphries was hoping to get back.
