Stephen Clark had claimed that the 25-year-old actress had purchased a set of speakers when she was under house arrest in June.

But she had failed to make the payment after the audio and video equipment was installed at her California home, claimed Clark.

Thus he filed a suit against the 'Mean Girls' star in a small claims court for 737.50 pounds on July 25, but Lohan settled the issue after two days of its filing, reported Daily Star.

"She paid and I cancelled the small claims file. Lindsay is actually really nice and I think my invoice got mixed up or something. It's all good now!" said Clark.
