Stacey, 32, is reported to have made the decision during a family holiday to Majorca, where the couple has been staying in a luxury secluded villa and having crisis talks in a last-ditch bid to save their marriage.



And she has told Ryan, 37 that this is his "last chance".



"She can't face life without him," the Daily Mail quoted a source as telling the News Of The World.



"She has had to search deep to find forgiveness for Ryan. Luckily for him, she is very strong."
