Supermodel Bar Refaeli got a bizarre liquid gold facial. The 28-year-old Leonardo DiCaprio's former girlfriend posted a picture of herself on Instagram getting the facial lying in a treatment room with a viscous golden liquid oozing over her face, reported Us magazine.

Refaeli is no stranger to extreme beauty treatments.

In late December, she underwent a vampire facial, which involved injecting her own blood into her face to stimulate collagen production.

A day after posting the pic, Refaeli also shared a steamy ad for fashion line Hoodies.

The video, which shows the model in bed with a Muppet, has been banned in her hometown Israel for "too many sexual insinuations".
