Yet another year and Tarun has made it again, this time with Bollywood jhatkas. When everyone was feeling that second day was dull, it was designer Tarun Tahiliani whose show brought back the energy.
As usual the show was packed with buyers, guests, journos and not to mention our page3 socialites.
Ramp was done all in red with a combination of gold colour. The Bollywood music added that zing to the vibrant décor.
Collection started from wine reds and moved beautifully to greys, blacks to pinks and again to warm and rich reds.
The collection saw lehengas, eveing gowns, full gowns, dresses, cigarette pants with fitted jackets, anarkali suits, elaborately done sarees in colours like pink, charcoal black in combination of grey.
Tarun displayed an exquisite range of sherwanis and jodhpuris for men in bright colours. Ensembles were elaborately accessorised with jadau belts and dresses.
Belts with a digital display were of the interesting things of the show.
