Getting started: Soak your feet in hot water with one teaspoon lemon juice, one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon almond oil.

Scrub softy: Take oat bran with lemon juice, and softly scrub your feet and nails. Rub lemon pieces on the pigmented areas of your foot.

Moisturise well: Wipe your feet with a warm towel and massage it with a moisturiser and almond oil. Emphasise on the bruised areas.

Instant pain relief: You can take crushed strawberries and pour on your feet, and wrap them with a gauze for 10 minutes to relieve the dry skin and aching muscles.

Rose bath: For an ultimate Cleopatra ritual, take a bowl full of milk and put some crushed rose petals in it. Add a pinch of turmeric too as it can act as a antiseptic. Dip your feet for fifteen minutes.

Final act: For complete revival and soft supple feet, massage your feet, including the nail cuticles thoroughly with almond oil. Dab it with a warm moist towel.
